MOUNTAIN BIKING

Takes place on the first Saturday of each month (with few exceptions).

The difficulty and distance of the ride varies depending on skill/fitness levels of riders on the day. The routes are usually chosen from two Mountain Bike books held at the club but sometimes other routes are taken.

Meet 8.30am at Preston College Main Car Park on St. Vincent’s Road, Fulwood,
car sharing is encouraged with ample parking at the College.
Rides will often start in the Lake District or on local moors and woodlands and can be quite remote.

What you need with you on the day:
• A Mountain Bike!
• A packed lunch
• A change of clothes (you may get mucky!)
• Money
