Inter Club Chaingang: Saturday: 10am: Preston Arena, Main gates

This chaingang started off by Red Rose Olympic, but now Ribble Valley CRC have a greater number of attendee's most of the time. The club's that attend this chaingang are mainly:

Ribble Valley CRC, Red Rose Olympic, Preston CC.

The structure of the chaingang is: 3x Laps of the Treales circuit

1st Lap: Steady. Going 'through & off' in lines of 2. Keeping the pace 18-20mph so the group stays together.

2nd Lap: Quicker. Still going 'through & off' in lines of 2. The pace will be a little quicker, may be with some riders having to sit on at the back missing their turns. 20-23mph.

3rd Lap: Quick. The duration of going 'through & off' will be taking its toll after 2 laps. So with fewer people going through, it naturally becomes harder. The pace may increase to around 25+mph.
